Victoria’s Models Refunds for Modelling Courses

The deposit (minimum 50%) is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to another course (with sufficient notice) if the student is no longer able to attend. Course deposits/payments are also fully transferrable and can be used by any other persons.
In the case where the agency postpones a course, you will be offered a full refund (or to transfer to another course).

Victoria’s Models Refunds for Photographic Portfolios

The $200 deposit is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to another booking (with sufficient notice) if the model is ill or if there are weather delays.
The remainder of the portfolio fees may be refunded upon request to portfolios@victoriasmodels.com.au if the shoot date has not yet been confirmed. If the shoot date has been confirmed, the remainder of the portfolio fees is also non-refundable, but may be transferred to another booking (with sufficient notice) if the model is ill or if there are weather delays.
Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds if models dislike the images (although we will organise a reshoot, if we deem the images unsuitable for the agency’s needs). We do not offer refunds if the model doesn’t turn up to a shoot.
